Dead Week Performance Camp


Dates: July 21-31, 2008 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 2 weeks)
Times: 3-5pm each day
Ages: 13-18 years old
Location: Alex G. Spanos Track and Field, UCSD Campus
Price: $380 per athlete
Deadline: Camp registration form and payment must be received by July 7, 2008.
Cancellation: After July 14, 2008 cancellation will result in a 50% refund.

This camp is essential for all fall sport athletes. Dead Week Performance Camp will precede the first fall practice days giving your athletes a head start on all the performance components necessary for an outstanding season. This camp is designed for athletes looking to improve on strength, speed, and conditioning over dead week period. It is imperative for fall athletes to train prior to their season.  Preseason training has been proven to extremely minimize athletic related injuries. Athletes will engage in a dynamic warm-up, speed and agility training, weight training and stretching. Workouts will be specifically tailored for the athletes sport. Each athlete will receive a camp T-shirt, Training Booklet and Nutrition Booklet.
