
UC San Diego Sports Performance CampsFrequently Asked Questions Campers: Athletes age 13-18 years old who are looking to improve their speed, agility and strength over the summer. All levels of athletes are encouraged to join. We strive for athletes to leave our camp with a better understanding of how to properly train for their sport. What to bring: Campers should arrive early and ready to workout at Alex G Spanos Track. We recommend T-shirts, shorts, running shoes, athletic socks, towel, water bottle(s) (if not two), and sun screen. Parking: Parking is limited. Please refer to the campus map. Metered parking is available at Spanos Track or in the parking lot diagonally across the street from Spanos Track and Field. |
