The UC - San Diego Triton family would like to invite you to the Triton Summer Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp website. Our specialized camps offer every component of the training paradigm. Get ready to work with two full time strength and conditioning coaches who have earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology.

 

Our coaches have earned and maintain nationally recognized strength and conditioning certifications and most importantly have years of Division One coaching experience. The UCSD Speed, Strength & Conditioning camps will expose you to highly specialized sport specific training programs that are effective and challenging. 

We teach athletes in all sports how to improve strength, speed, power, agility, and conditioning. All levels of athletes are encouraged to join and will be grouped according to skill level. Athletes who train with us will leave with a better understanding of how to use performance training to excel in their desired sport. You’ll get to train how the top college athletes train.

For our younger participants, the adolescent years can be the most influential when developing into a well rounded and healthy competitor. Young athletes who participate in sport performance training have fewer injuries during their athletic career and progress at a much faster rate.
